inSPIRE Rock is a chain of Climbing Gyms based in the Houston area. The company engaged HARNESS in 2021 in an effort to grow beyond the rut it found itself in after COVID. Overall sales were slow to return to normal and day use at the facilities was still low despite the gym’s best efforts. inSPIRE needed to create new climbers, turn those climbers into members, and retain current customers. We launched an inbound marketing campaign to attract new customers, build awareness, and help new climbers understand that climbing is for everyone. Through targeted content, we helped ease new climbers' apprehension and reservations, educate them, and build the community in the gyms.
